Privacy notice

Privacy
and cookies.

This page explains how data submitted through the Ninfeo Palace website is processed, to make contacting us clear and transparent.

1. Data controller

Olivieri Immobiliare s.r.l.s., VAT no. 05421050757, with registered office at Via Giammatteo 17, 73100 Lecce, Italy.

Email: info@olivieri-immobiliare.it · Phone: 0832 1550020.

2. Data collected and purposes

When you use the assistant or contact form, we may collect your first and last name, phone number, email, apartment type of interest, optional preferences and preferred appointment time.

This data is used exclusively to answer your enquiry, check availability and project information, contact you and arrange any meeting at our office.

3. Legal basis and marketing communications

Processing necessary to handle your enquiry is based on taking pre-contractual steps at your request. Additional marketing updates are sent only with your specific, optional consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Retention and recipients

The website is hosted on Netlify. To handle enquiries, the form uses a server service that forwards data to the contact database already connected to Ninfeo Palace. Netlify provides hosting and technical forwarding of enquiries.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and related obligations. Where you have requested marketing updates, data is processed until consent is withdrawn or it is no longer relevant to the stated purpose.

Enquiries are recorded in the internal Olivieri Immobiliare contact management system for assignment and follow-up. Only authorised staff and technical providers responsible for operating, storing and securing the service may access the data, within their respective duties. Data is not made public.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, and exercise other rights under applicable law, by writing to info@olivieri-immobiliare.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

6. Technical components and maps

The website uses technical components necessary for operation, security and, during the private phase, access control. The interactive map uses OpenStreetMap cartography. When it loads, your browser requests map tiles from the service servers.

Your cookie preference is stored in your browser local storage (key ninfeo-analytics-consent-v1) for 180 days. It remembers consent or refusal and contains no contact details. Analytics remain disabled without a valid choice.

Google Analytics 4: optional analytics

Only after explicit consent is the Google Analytics 4 tag, ID G-XL67H4RCEY, loaded to measure page views and enquiries actually saved by the server (generate_lead event). Clicking submit, an error or an unsaved enquiry does not generate this event. Events are not recovered retrospectively for enquiries sent without consent.

Measurement uses pseudonymous identifiers in the _ga and _ga_XL67H4RCEY cookies, technical browser, device and session information, and the page address without parameters or fragments. Analytics cookies normally last two years, subject to existing Google stream settings and browser limitations. The browser also communicates technical connection data, including your IP address. Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses for users in the EU, Switzerland and the UK.

We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, message text, enquiry data or identifiers, or WhatsApp addresses to Google Analytics. The tag runs in a separate document without access to form or page-link events. It receives only the events described above and clean page addresses for the homepages and privacy notices in both languages. Transmission is limited to page_view and generate_lead with permitted technical parameters; automatic link, form and scroll events are excluded. Google derives session and first-visit information from pseudonymous identifiers and technical event parameters. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled in the website configuration.

The legal basis for analytics is optional consent. Choosing Decline prevents the tag from loading and no Analytics requests are sent, including cookieless requests. You can change or withdraw your choice using Cookie preferences on every page. Withdrawal stops measurement and removes this website’s Analytics cookies. It does not retrospectively delete data already transmitted.

The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Processing may involve Google companies and infrastructure outside the European Economic Area, under the terms and safeguards stated by the provider. See the Google privacy policy, the data processing terms and the GA4 privacy documentation. This installation does not change the existing retention or stream settings in the Analytics account.
